Pearlyn Tay
Pearlyn is part of the Finance & Restructuring team in Singapore, with a focus on transactional banking and finance matters.
Pearlyn has represented financial institutions (including both local and international banks) and corporate borrowers on a variety of financing structures. She has experience in syndicated and bilateral transactions, green and sustainability-linked financing, trade finance and project financing.
Pearlyn has also worked closely with business, operations, credit and legal teams within commercial banks, after completing two secondments at local and international banks.

Background
Pearlyn obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nottingham, and is qualified to practice law in Singapore.
Prior to joining, Pearlyn worked in other international law firms.
