Weihong’s main areas of practice include public take-overs and private mergers as well as acquisitions and joint ventures, in both local and cross-border contexts. In addition to transactional corporate and commercial work, he has also advised clients on regulatory matters such as securities, financial advisory and insurance regulations.
He graduated from the National University of Singapore and is Singapore qualified. Prior to joining Prolegis, he practised in one of the “big four” law firms in Singapore.
